This video is based on the hearing held on August 17, 2018 by the commission of the International Court of Nature Rights for the TIPNIS case in the community of Trinidacito located in the heart of the Indigenous Territory and Isiboro Secure Park, Bolivia.
Through the testimonies of the participants in this hearing, the history of the conflict of the TIPNIS and the deep contradictions between the discourse and the practice of the government of Evo Morales in relation to the rights of Mother Earth are unfolding.
